Everbright supplies three types of oil tempered wires in coiled forms for making of vehicle springs, valve making and mechanical springs.
First type: Oil-tempered wire (silicon – chrom), FD SiCr, material for cold coiled automobile springs
This kind of tempered wire is specially for new unique patented technology of cold coiled auto springs making in Russia.
The wire must satisfy the standard EN 10270-2 (Russian steel standard quality 60С2ХА). Wire diameter ranges from 8 up to 16 mm.
Application field of this wire is for production of cold coiled automobile springs.

Second type: Steel wire treated with Oil tempering and quenching
Wire size: 2.0mm to 16.0mm
Standard: EN10270-2/GB18983/SAE9254/ASTM401/JIS4801
Material grade: FDCRSI/55CRSI/SUP12
Uses: Steel wire going through oil tempering and quenching enjoys high strength. Used for making of suspension springs.

Third type: Oil quenched & tempered spring steel wire
Wire material: 50CrSiA, 55CrSiA, 60Si2MnA, 67CrVA, 65Mn
The range of wire diameter : 0.8-7.0mm
Tensile strength: various according to customers request
Main applications:
Suspension spring for vehicles;
Valve spring;
Mechanical springs for important usage

Processing:
Steel wire can be heated through high-frequency power by means of oil tempering. The rapid heating treatment gives the steel wire high intensity. We use a high-precision temperature control system to ensure the steel wire heated stably and to ensure the consistency of material properties.
