Packaging Types

PACKING: a) Special pallet wire: Bundles of wire, then put in pallet of certain design. Easy to store in stackable pallet, and easy for baling for the pallet allows for dispensing one bundle at a time

PACKING:b) Rolls Wire: Packed in Spooless Cores of approx 40 - 50 kg 
with Core dimensions details being: OD – 336mm,ID – 208mm,Height – 152mm
And 27 such Cartons suitably strapped onto a wooden Pallet

PACKING: c) Big Coil Wire: Wires packed on continuous length Orbit Coils each with a capacity of approx 900 - 1,000 kg securely strapped with six (6) wide tightly held straps and then wrapped with plastic and placed on a Carrier/Former/Stem and with such Orbit Coil dimensions details being: OD – 900mm,ID – 500mm,Height – 152mm

PACKING: d) Box wire: Each coil is individually packaged in a strong corrugated box. Wire feeds from outside of the coil. 100 lb. coils packaged 36 boxes to a pallet. 50 lb. coils packaged 45 boxes to a pallet. Pallets can be stacked three high to save space.

Black Annealed Bale Ties

Wire size ranges: 11, 12, 13 and 14 gauge
Wire lengths : 10 to 21 ft.
In bundles contain 125 or 250 wires.

Hay Baling Wire

Hay bale tie wire is a kind of box wire used to holding hay of wheat, sorghum, corn alfalfa, etc.
The wire is oil coated, packed in rolls or coils then plastic strapped, then in box with 100lbs weight per box. Hence, it is also called Box baling wire.
